Scoring & Pace of Play: Please keep your accurate stroke count (whiffs count) & “hole out” on each hole. Exception: When you reach your Equitable Stroke Count (ESC), please pick up to keep play moving. Write your ESC & an X in the box. Your ESC is PAR + 2 + your handicap dots as shown on the scorecard.

Everyone tees off, select the best tee shot. The team member whose ball is selected "steps aside" and the other team members hit from that spot. The process is repeated for each shot all the way to the hole (including putting). Must use each player's drive once. Winners will be one low NET team on the front and on the back. No awards for birdies or chip-ins. NC, NRB Please Note: Halloween attire is encouraged.
Golf: Regular. After play begins, the Pro Shop will pick 4 random holes. The player's NET score on those holes will determine the winners. 1st and 2nd place, front and back. EC, ERB

Please bring non-perishable food to be donated to the South County Food Bank. Golf: Regular. You may deduct up to 5 strokes off your NET score if you brought in at least 5 items. Winners: 1st & 2nd low NET score minus your donations on the front & back. NC,ERB

Golf: Pink Ball in the Cup. Each player must play with the pink ball on an alternating basis for 8 holes. The team selects one player to play with the pink ball on the last hole. Scoring for each hole = the NET score of the pink ball PLUS the next best NET score. If a team loses the pink ball, they are out of the competition. 1st place teams on the front and back are the winners. It's Lavender vs Lime in this annual 2-day event. New 9-hole members: be sure to sign up in late January so the Pro Shop and team captains can assign you to a team. Plan to stay after play for trophy presentation, photographs, and toasts to the winning team. NC,NRB
Golf: Regular, with A,B,C,D teams. Each player will have a designated animal on the score card. Players keep their individual scores. As you leave the green, look for the sign with one of the designated animals. Post that animal's NET score on the bottom of the card for the team score. Teams with the lowest NET score front and back are winners. EC,ERB
Golf: Regular. Players are encouraged to wear mix-matched attire, the wilder the better! Winners: 1st & 2nd low NET front and back. EC,ERB Please note: A special prize for the wildest attire to be determined by Pro Shop staff.
Golf: Regular. Flighted event by handicap. Awards: best gross score and best net score over the 2-day tournament. Must count all strokes including whiffs and must hole out. Please sign up to play even if you do not wish to compete or are unable to play on both days. EC,ERB
Golf: Regular. Each player plays regular game. After golf, each player rolls one die. The number on the die indicates how many hole scores the player can discard from her score. Example: Player rolls a "3". She may eliminate her three worst hole scores. Player's final score is tallied for net after throwing out the number of holes rolled on the die.
