It was a fun WGA 9-Hole member mixer this past Tuesday evening. Almost 40 attended and there were many new faces in the crowd. This group is all about improving our games, enjoying playing golf on a regular basis and enjoying the camaraderie of other lady golfers.
December 15 is the Mystery Santa game. The Pro Shop will draw a mystery Santa after you turn in your scorecard. Your net score and your mystery Santa's net score will be added. Low combined net score for the front and back nines will be awarded to the "partners".
The final two Monday's of December will be regular golf with tee times for those who will be playing. There won't be any prizes awarded for these two dates.
Coming up we will be playing a new game on Jan 5 "Hate 'Em". Before play begins circle three holes on the scorecard that are not your favorite then after you finish you can subtract the net score you had for those three holes. Hopefully you aren't subtracting a birdie or a par!
Mid-Winter Meeting, Luncheon, Group Photo & Step Aside Scramble is on January 12.
