At the beginning of the round, each player is assigned a # from 1-4.
At the end of every hole, one player rolls the die. If she rolls a # from 1-4,
the net score for the player assigned that number is used as the team score.
If she rolls a 5, the lowest net score is used. If she rolls a 6, the highest net
score is used.
Ringer Board/Chip Ins/Birdies apply.
