INFORMATION
All play from the #2 tees. Pro Shop makes all pairings.
Teams are divided into two groups (A&B).
Each group competes as a side in round 1.
The winners of each side (winner A & winner B) will compete on one final
hole for the Derby Day Championship.
Game format is Pure Alternate Shot.
The player who finishes the hole, her partner tees off on the next tee,
regardless if they participated in a chip-off.
The team with the highest score on each hole is eliminated.
Ties for the highest score on a hole are decided by a chip-off.
Referees determine the spot to originate the chip-off. Partners decide which
one will do the chip off. Players may use any club in the chip off. Players
participating in the chip off are not allowed to watch competitors chip off.
Referees will measure distance to the pin on each chip off. The team
farthest away from the pin in the chip off will be eliminated.
